Before you stock up

Do I need PulseBoost gel?

You need conductive gel for the intended first-session setup. PulseBoost is included in Core, Complete, and Duo because it helps the electrical pulses transfer evenly between both contact plates and your skin. You do not have to buy it separately before you begin.

How much should I apply?

A thin layer before each session is enough. The goal is simple: both plates should sit fully and evenly against the skin.

Can I return it?

Unopened, factory-sealed tubes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened tubes are final sale. If a tube arrives wrong, damaged, or leaking, contact us and we cover the correction.

When is shipping free?

Orders of $75 or more after discounts ship free. Below that, standard shipping is $5.95.
