30-day PulseRelief X home trial
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to decide. Open it, use it normally, and judge it from your own neck. If it is not right for you, return it for a refund.
How to request a return
Email us
Write to info@luminiosa.com within 30 days of delivery with the subject Return – [order number].
Wait for your RMA
We reply with your RMA number, the exact return address, and packing instructions. Do not ship anything before that.
Ship it within 14 days
Use a trackable service and keep the carrier receipt.
Returns sent without authorization or to our Wyoming legal mailing address may be delayed or rejected.
What to send back
- Every device, remote, and USB-C cable from your package
- Any still-sealed PulseBoost Gel or WarmRelief extras
- Packed safely, with your RMA or order number inside - the retail box is optional
Opened gel and used WarmRelief patches from a PulseRelief X package do not need to come back, and their value is not deducted from your refund. Core, Complete, and Duo return as one package. We do not refund single items out of a package for change of mind.
Costs and refunds
Return shipping
You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return, using a trackable service. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Issued within five business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank may need extra time to post it.
The merchandise price and refunded sales tax. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the law requires it.
Arrived wrong, damaged, or defective?
Email us with your order number and clear photos. We cover the return cost for a wrong, damaged, or verified-defective item, and you can choose a replacement or a refund. Do not mail a leaking or otherwise unsafe product unless we ask you to.
Good to know
- You can cancel any time before your order is fulfilled
- Sealed standalone gel and WarmRelief packs return the same way within 30 days; opened consumables are final sale
