PulseRelief X one-year limited warranty

What we cover

LumiShop LLC covers defects in materials and workmanship in your PulseRelief X device, remote and included USB-C cable for one year from delivery, when used normally and according to the supplied instructions.

This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser buying directly from the Luminiosa U.S. store or a seller we identify in writing as authorized, for personal, family or household use in the United States. Keep your proof of purchase. Product registration is not required.

How to get help

1. Email info@luminiosa.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Include the product's identifying information if available.
2. We may ask for photos or a short video when reasonably needed and safe to provide. Do not send medical records.
3. Wait for our troubleshooting or return instructions before sending anything back.

For a verified covered defect, we will repair or replace the affected product or component, at our option. If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, we will provide an appropriate refund.

A replacement may be new or functionally equivalent. It is covered for the remaining original warranty period or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer, unless applicable law requires more.

Shipping and service costs

We cover standard shipping reasonably required for a valid U.S. warranty claim. Use the return method or prepaid label we provide. Do not buy return postage unless we authorize it in writing.

There is no diagnostic or restocking fee for a valid claim. If an issue is not covered, we will explain the available options before charging you or shipping anything.

What is not covered

• Gel, patches, packaging, printed materials and other consumables.
• Normal wear or cosmetic changes that do not affect function; depletion, loss, theft or missing components.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage or cleaning, liquid exposure outside verified normal use, extreme conditions, or failure to follow the instructions and warnings.
• Damage caused by modifications, opening, repair or service, or by an incompatible charger or accessory. Using a third-party item or service does not by itself cancel coverage; it must have caused the claimed damage.
• Commercial, rental, resale or other non-household use.
• Missing or altered identifying marks when this prevents reasonable verification of the product or claim.

The warranty covers hardware defects. It does not guarantee a particular health, comfort or performance result.

Safety and returns

If the product causes burning, injury or a serious unexpected reaction, stop using it and contact us. Do not continue troubleshooting an unsafe product or mail an unsafe or contaminated item without our instructions.

This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy. A return request does not extend the warranty period.

Your rights and a free copy

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
